4. Important Guidelines & Policies
No Permanent Cloud Storage
Data is intended for temporary event sessions. Please export your question list using the CSV Export feature to maintain your own local backup.
※ Note:
CSV exports preserve text questions and answers. Uploaded images and freehand drawings cannot be stored in CSV and will not be exported.
30-Day Inactive Room Expiration
Rooms and associated questions inactive for 30 consecutive days or more will be automatically purged upon subsequent access or during cleanup routines. Exporting a CSV backup is strongly recommended.
[Recommended] Use Chromium-Based Browsers
We strongly recommend Google Chrome or Chromium-based browsers for both the manager console and the display screen for the most reliable real-time performance.
